Affiliation with the Google Pixel?Pixel Computers is NOT affiliated with the Google Pixel products. Pixel Computers was conceived before we were aware of the existence of the Google Pixel. Ourselves as a business and brand, market personal computers for anyone. To clear confusion, the Google Pixel is a line of mobile smartphones

When will my PIXEL I be shipped?Since we are still a small business, it will take an estimated 2-3 weeks to receive components, fully build, and ship out a unit. Any user-customized PIXEL IE may take longer depending on the complexity of the custom configuration.

Do we accept returns?YES! Any PIXEL Computer model will be shipped with a default 2-week warranty. Any damages during shipping or defective on arrival/during the 2 weeks after delivery is protected under the 2-week warranty. *any damages after 2 weeks will not be covered *shipping cost for return are not covered by PIXEL

What comes with the PIXEL I?The delivery package will include: A single PIXEL I, IE, or IC computer unit. Power Cable RGB LED Remote Control for cooling fan LED control. Manuels of each component inside your PIXEL I model. *Peripherals such as monitors or keyboards are NOT included

How to setup my PIXEL I?Carefully remove the PIXEL I, IE, IC unit outside from the packaging. Rest the unit on an elevated-flat surface. Remove the packaging supports inside the computer. For the PIXEL I and IE, unscrew the four screws holding the glass panel down. Then carefully remove the glass panel. After, proceed to remove the packaging supports outside the computer. For the PIXEL IC, carefully pull the tab on the right side of the glass panel to open the panel. After, proceed to remove the packaging supports outside the computer. After closing your PIXEL I, plug any peripherals in the rear port hub of the computer (e.g. keyboards, ethernet, monitors, etc.). Any display cables (e.g. HDMI) must plug in the ports on the lower half of the rear of the PIXEL I. After all peripherals are setup, plug in the power cable, to a power outlet and into the power plug on the bottom rear of the PIXEL I. After, turn the switch next to the plug from I to 0. When ready, press the power button on the front/top panel of the PIXEL I. If the monitor is set to the right display output setting, the PIXEL I should boot into Windows 11. After boot, follow the steps to setup Windows 11.

Your PIXEL I not turning on?Having problems with turning on your PIXEL I? Follow these tips resolve any power issues. Ensure power cable is connected to an active outlet and into the rear power plug of your PIXEL I. Make sure the switch on the bottom rear of your PIXEL I (next to the power plug) is switched from 0 to I. Ensure display cable (e.g. HDMI) is NOT plugged into the upper rear ports. Instead, plug the display cable into any display port on the lower rear half of your PIXEL I. (Where the Graphics Card is located). Ensure your monitor settings is set to the right output settings. For example, if your PIXEL I is plugged into the first HDMI port of your monitor, set your monitor to HDMI 1. Still not working?
